Working in communications has always been on my professional horizon. From an early age, these abilities were developed through music.

Music in itself is a means of communication and a language. Starting at a young age in this profession, musician, made me awaken early to this taste and aptitude for communication.

Other abilities that music awakens in us are: focus, responsibility, dedication and knowing how to deal with pressure. For example, having to touch (communicate) with thousands of people every day.

Later, I also had the opportunity to manage a restoration project in the town of Óbidos, which allowed me to acquire knowledge in various business sectors.

Continuing this learning path, in 2015, I joined Ventask as a contact center operator. Having the opportunity to meet and learn from excellent people in the field.

All these experiences, which come from the age of 14, mean that today, as a commercial manager, I am able to perform the role with more confidence, establishing a relationship of trust with customers.
