One of the projects we usually undertake at the beginning of each year is to define our objectives. If we were starting a personal development article probably the first piece of advice or recommendation we would follow would be to stay focused on the present – living day to day.

But it’s business that we want to talk about – and our main focus is to live in the present – yes – always ensuring the future sustainability of our company, our employees, our customers.

We could steal the words from Ricardo Reis: “Put what you are in the least you do”, transforming it into our organizational mantra. And that is what we seek to achieve every day of 2020. We recognize that our mission is only complete when we find satisfaction in our customers and employees, but also identification and organizational commitment. How do we try to meet this goal? Through some principles that we share in this first article on our blog.

Efficient communication can be a transformative starting point for solid relationships, allowing us to deliver truly differentiating levels of service;

This knowledge allows us to speak the same language as our customers. Understand the challenges so that together we can find the best solutions;

There are times when it is essential to revisit our entire core service offering so that we become increasingly relevant to our customers. We develop customized solutions for each business reality, from a 360-degree perspective;

  1. Treat each customer as unique

Regardless of the size of the company or the project that brings us together, each interaction is seen as unique and strategic for business development;

  1. Recruit customer-oriented people

Recruit for attitude and the desire to make a difference, through building a career and professional fulfillment;

  1. Invest in training our employees

Investing in the training of our employees allows us to gain competitive advantages, contributing to the contribution of value to the people themselves and to our organization. It is through this process, sharing more, listening more, receiving and giving feedback, that we build our teams, ensuring our organizational commitment;

  1. Create an above-average value proposition for our customers

Encouraging the curiosity of our employees will naturally enhance their commitment and dedication to our clients. By ensuring that front-office and back-office teams have a 360 view of customers, with a relevant offer and an above-average level of service, we ensure more value for our people and our customers.
