For someone who comes from the world of communications, answering the dozens of calls that are made per day was not a very complicated task. About two years ago, I brought an accent to this company, which is very characteristic of me. It didn’t bring me any obstacles, but rather a greater ease in creating empathy with the person on the other side, the customer.

Speaking of customers, they are always treated as the only ones to whom we present our product so that they can get the best out of it. The secret is to discover how the same product can meet the needs of all customers.

The experience as a contact center operator turned out better for me than the order. For team goals to be achieved, it is important that we all move in the same direction – this is how professional fulfillment is achieved. Reaching my own goals made me interested and passionate about the world of sales.

The desire to know more and better motivated the ambition for career progression. Not everything happens in the time we want and set for ourselves, but I knew it would get there. The beginning of 2020 then brought me the opportunity to join the team supervising one of Ventask’s campaigns. It’s giving me great pleasure to have the perception and understand how everything works.

And now? Now the focus continues to be on taking advantage of the present, but always with an eye on the future.
